Company Overview
Flueria Co., Ltd. is a platform company committed to innovating manufacturing technologies and providing sustainable prosperity to people and society.
With microfluidic wet-spinning technology as its core technique, Flueria contributes to the fabrication of various high-precision and high-value-added functional materials.
The name “Flueria” combines the meanings of “Fluid” and “Material,” reflecting our mission to freely control fluids through microchannels and to pioneer novel functional materials and innovative methods for their production.
Founded in Okayama, a region renowned for its strong manufacturing heritage centered on the Mizushima industrial area and for hosting some of the world’s most advanced precision machining companies,
Flueria creates world-changing technologies from this manufacturing heartland of Japan to the global stage.
Our Services

Greeting from CEO
Mastering Wet Spinning to Weave the Future
The Kojima–Kurashiki–Fukuyama region has long supported Japan’s textile industry and continues to host a strong concentration of companies with advanced precision metal-processing technologies. Building upon this regional heritage, our journey began with university-based research on microfluidic devices and microreactors, aiming to translate the craftsmanship cultivated in textile manufacturing into new possibilities for the chemical industry.
Through this research, we discovered that designing and precisely controlling fluid flows within microchannels enabled the development of an entirely new wet spinning technique. By designing the flow itself, our technology enables polymer-containing fluids to be transformed instantaneously into fine fibers—an approach fundamentally different from conventional spinning methods. Convinced that further refinement of this technology would enable functional fine fibers unattainable by existing processes, we founded our company in 2022 with the aim of enriching people and society through new fiber-based materials and the futures they help create.
As the transition away from fossil fuel–derived resources becomes increasingly important, we seek to develop materials that will shape and enrich future lifestyles through our technology. From discovering new fiber raw materials to pioneering new and previously unexplored applications, we aspire to take on these challenges by gathering with like-minded partners who share our vision and by expanding this circle of collaboration step by step.
